DIRK JAN COZIJN - Executive Director, B.Comm; ASA Mr Cozijn is a founding director of ARN. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia having graduated in 1972. Mr Cozijn is an Associate of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and has over 25 years' experience in the administration of listed mining and industrial companies as well as various private operating companies, including 10 years as a director of Forrestania Gold NL. Mr Cozijn is presently an executive director of Metex Resources NL and non-executive Director of Kagara Zinc NL. IAN
WILLIAM WALKER - Non-Executive Director, B.Sc. Hons. (Geology) Mr Walker is a geologist with over 25 years experience in multi-commodity exploration within Australia and overseas, having graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1974 with an Honours degree in Geology. Mr Walker is a Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, The Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Geological Society of Australia. Mr Walker is Managing Director of Metex Resources NL. KENNETH
ROYCE PERRY - Non-Executive Director, B.Sc. Hons (Chem) (UWA),
MBA (Harvard), FAusIMM. Ken Perry has 27 years experience in the international mining industry with a long career with Rio Tinto. Ken was Director General of the Department of Minerals and Energy in Western Australia for 2 years prior to joining RFC as an Executive Director in 1997. Ken is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
